Buckhurst Hill, Essex is a metropolitan town of Greater London, and with easy links to London, has become a very sought after area in which to live.
Leyton Fencing and Landscaping based in Walthamstow, London, cover all of East and North London and West Essex, and recently undertook a project to install a new front garden fence that needed to meet the owner's very high standards.
Using 1.52m (5ft) high Vertical Tongue and Groove Effect panels with 0.3m high Premier Square Trellis Topper panels; Leyton Fencing knew this would be a winning combination.
Front garden fencing is often difficult to choose; it can be hard to decide which fence panel will be best suited to the area that will be seen first by visitors, and provide a level of privacy and security for the front of the house. By combining a Square Trellis Topper with a solid panel, it provided the right balance and kept the fence line from being too overpowering while allowing the front garden to feel light and open. The vertical boards within the Tongue and Groove panel continued up into the trellis creating a uniformity and harmony between both allowing them to blend together and look as if they are just one fence panel.
As the panels needed to be stepped to follow the ground level, the team at Leyton Fencing made sure each panel was stepped by the exact same height to create a completely uniform fence line, which is very pleasing on the eye.
To ensure the fence installation was as neat as possible, the Approved Installer filled the slotted post with infill pieces ensuring when looking down the fence line, the posts didn't have a hollow gap. This is a crucial step when installing a front garden fence, as it's always on show and could be seen by many passers by.
The new fence has had a lot of attention and has even stopped people in their tracks to ask about the fence and whether Leyton Fencing could install some fencing in their own garden.
