Square Post and Rail Fencing
Durable post and rail fence made from, sawn square section posts, with three horizontal rails. Rails are available machine round or sawn square.
Calculate what you need
1 post for every 1.8m (add an extra post for the end of the run)
3 rails every 3.6m ( for a 4 rail fence, add 4 rails for every 3.6m)
Use 100mm galvanised nails to secure rails to posts

Installation guidance
We recommend 2.4m posts for use in soft ground and a 1.5m high fence
When erecting post and rail fencing in the summer, it is advisable to set posts in concrete as it is difficult or impossible to ram dry soil tight.

Nails: use 100mm galvanised wire nails approx 79 per kg. code 800310 1kg, 800350 5 kg, 800300 25kg. Allow 13kgs for 200m of 3-rail fence.
