Jacksons Fencing are proud to be a British manufacturer, producing many timber and metal products in our own manufacturing plant in the heart of the Garden of England, the County of Kent.

When purchasing products in person or online, our choices are backed by certifications that promote products that are environmentally or economically viable, this is especially important when considering timber for fencing.

British Manufacturing is less commonly used as a deciding entity when purchasing products, but local manufacturing can be more productive and also reduce transportation and energy costs, in turn helping manufacturing to “go green”.

British Manufacturing also helps increase local jobs; at Jacksons we currently employ approximately 240 staff making us one of the largest employers in the Kent area, we also manufacture in our site just outside of Bath in Somerset and also have offices in Cheshire in addition to our Fencing Managers regionally located around the UK.
