How high can I put trellis on a fence?
So long as the full height of your trellis and fence is below 2 metres, this is fine. If, however, after adding the trellis, your fence is above 2 metres then it will require planning permission.
Can a neighbour put trellis on my fence?
Unless you agree, your neighbour should not attach a trellis or any other similar system to your fence. Likewise, they are not allowed to paint or affix anything without your permission.
